The double lines move fast and help handle the mass of customers well. They have a quick, clean, friendly service and you can rely on that level of timeliness and be on your way with a correct order and utensils in the bag.

This place always seems very busy. I have waited. For 20 to 30 minutes for my order before. With that being said my order has always been accurate.

I would suggest looking through your entire order before you leave the window, making sur your full order is there and up to temp. So that you can let them know before you leave that u get perfect service. They will reimburse you with hot fresh food. ?

They are one of the worst I've encountered in all states I've traveled. Don't know whether poor management or poor hire choices with poor training....or ALL of the above.

Have had this happen a few times and they need to put a warning sign at the beginning of the drive thru so one knows and doesn't get stuck in a long line to only find they are only accepting cash. I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to do considering they send someone out to put cones in one of the drive thru lanes at times

The negative with technology is it can crash or go down where they are unable to accept cards.Cash is King.

Your opinion of poorly run might not affect them if they are focused on the bottom line. When the profits suffer, they might start to realize what you see, at that time. Old Adage, Love is Blind. Some people, Love Money.

I work at mcdonalds sidney and both the frappe machine and ice cream machine both go down for a few hours in the night for cleaning.
